AMENTI MOVEMEANT

is a dance organisation that creates conscious art to inspire others to following their
true calling. Throughout that similiar vision Mirjam Manusama
has been working with Amenti Collective since 2015.

The challenge of creating the perfect clothing for all of these strong individual dancers,
is a returning point of growth. The inspiring movement of the dancers leads her to
a whole new world of creativity to venture in.

AMENTI MOVEMEANT

Performance for coolstof x motelmozaique

I tried to capture both female and male energies within my designs. The color are inspired by the earth (brown) who does not choose to be male or female. Blue is typically marked as a ‘boy’s color’ but seen within this design it’s atmosphere resembles that of femininity, softness and emotional strength.

Finding androgyny in form to shape our intentions and narrate a message. Strength is not devined by female or male but is a balane between both.

AYA

AMENTI MOVEMEANT

The theatre piece ‘’ AYA’’ is based upon experiences within an ayahuasca ceremony.
The costume design for the theatre pieces are inspired by these experiences and the second chakra Svadhisthana. The clothing is made out of white fabric, because of the clean, positive, healing and protecting vibration of the color white.
