Returns
As all garments are handcrafted in Mirjam Manusama's atelier and produced on a made-to-order basis, we do not accept returns and exchanges.
We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please contact contact@mirjammanusama.com before making your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact contact@mirjammanusama.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Return Shipping
If a return has been approved, return instructions will be provided before the item is sent back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been received.
