Shipping Policy

All garments are handcrafted in Mirjam Manusama's atelier. Every piece is produced on a made-to-order basis, allowing us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and conscious production.

Made-to-Order

Production begins once your order has been placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your garment to be handcrafted before shipment. Estimated production times are stated on each product page.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact contact@mirjammanusama.com before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and begin once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mirjam Manusama cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend familiarising yourself with your country's import regulations and any applicable fees before placing your order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or non-compliance with local import regulations, any additional shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable or charged to the customer.

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your parcel before accepting it. If your order arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@mirjammanusama.com.

Please include your order number together with clear photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
